I’ve been slacking off the past few weeks. With work, the Holidays, blah, blah, blah, I dropped the ball with training.
BUT, after eating a TON over the weekend, I needed to get back into the groove again.
Tonight was another speed workout…
10 minute warm up jog
3x1600 meters (1 minute rest interval)
10 minute cool down
It was FREEZING here in NYC, but it actually made me gut it...

Are Racing Flats The Right Choice For You? →
The short answer is yes, absolutely.
I just started using racing flats late this year. While training for Westchester Triathlon, I decided to work in racing flats during my runs. Though I didn’t use it for the race itself, I plan on doing so in 2012. First race is a half marathon at the end of March.
