PERFECT example of what determination and hard work can do for you.
Every single person who decided to get up and start losing some weight started somewhere - either jogged 100 yards, started lifting 5lb weights, started eathing healthier, etc. The point is, they STARTED.
It’s one thing reading a story like this and being inspired, but it takes a lot more to get up and DO SOMETHING.
I had the pleasure of meeting Claire in July at Do Life: Chicago. But this weekend in Conway, we had more time to hang out and get to know each other.Homegirl has lost 125 pounds over the last year and, in the process, become a ridiculous runner (she PR’d at Soaring Wings with a 2:09).
